Refund and Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed from the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the imaphotic.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of the refund.
If the request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original credit card or payment method within a certain period of time.
Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact the credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially published.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be registered.

Items for sale (if applicable)
Only items can be refunded at a normal price. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If it is necessary to exchange it with the same item, send an e-mail to email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying your shipping charges for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return charges will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on the place of residence, the time required for the product exchanged to reach you may vary.
If you are sending an item over $75, you should consider using a location service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
