• What are the shipping times?

We usually process your orders within 3-5 business days and deliveries take between 8 and 20 days for most orders in the United States. However, shipping times also depend on what you purchased or where you live. Due to the high demand, the distance between countries, the slowness of postal services and delays in shipping, the processing of your order can sometimes take up to 10 working days and its delivery, up to 1 month.

• Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. A link to the tracking page will be provided via e-mail of the shipment.

• My order has not yet arrived, what are the news?

Delivery times vary based on many factors, such as logistics, weather conditions, customs and the national postal service. Contact us at info@imaphotic.com if your order has not arrived within 30 days, so we can find out what is happening.

If less than 30 days have passed, the package is still in transit, so take a little more time to get to your home.
